Moving Towards Meditation

The ancient purpose of yoga was to become aware of awareness itself, through seated meditation. All these postures are simply ways to prepare our bodies so we can sit (eventually, for hours), in seated meditation. We'll focus on ways to open the hips and ankles so we can sit with ease, and then finish with an savasana and a simple offering of essential oils.

Open to all levels.
