The second in a series of three workshops on Strength (on 17 Aug), Flexibility and Stability (on 1 Sep: see below). We'll explore not only physical flexibility in hamstrings, back, and shoulders, but also the pliability of the mind. When practising yoga, we need to notice when rigidity arises, and learn how to stay loose: rather than deepening entrenched habits, we open up to new ways of being.
