Drop of Dharma on Friday Afternoons
At her class on Fridays, Vajragupta talks about the Dharma for half an hour or so, invites you to take the teachings into a meditation, and then allows time to elaborate on the themes over tea and biscuits afterwards. Suitable for anyone familiar with our two meditation practices.

Three Jewels Night
An evening of talks, ritual and the opportunity to connect with sangha friends. Throughout February we’ll be hearing stories on the life of the Buddha, with talks each week by mitras. We'll also have the shared practice of a Sevenfold Puja, a form of Buddhist ritual. Led by Vajragupta, Sujana and team
Arrive from 6.30pm for tea and the chance to socialise.

Monthly Buddhist Sunday School
Encouraging and developing Mindfulness, Kindness and Joy, with Storytelling, Meditation, Art & Writing, Chanting and Buddhist Practice. Buddhist Sunday School is based on the Buddhist Precepts; to help our children feel held by an ethical compass they can understand and feel comfortable with.
For children aged 4 – 11 (Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by a parent or carer). Led by Cata Parrish

Wide Awake: Buddhist Meditation for Teenagers (13 - 17)
Lacking energy and enthusiasm? Wonder what life’s all about?Meditation didn’t start with an app. The Buddha taught it 2,500 years ago. He was pretty smart at knowing why, and how, life is difficult. He also showed what to do about it. Come and check out what the Buddha had to say. The afternoon will include meditation, discussion and answering any questions you bring.

Under 35 and interested in Buddhism? Come along to one of our monthly gatherings to meet others and explore meditation and Buddhism though talks, discussion and practical enquiry.

We meet on the first Sunday of every month 4.30pm - 8pm at the Norwich Buddhist Centre, beginning with a shared meal at 5pm. Please bring a vegetarian or vegan dish to share.

Women's Dharma workshop Workshop
The WDW is a creative exploration of the dharma by women at the NorwichBuddhist Centre to deepen our practice and friendships. The group isopen to all women who regularly attend the Centre. The Women's Dharma Workshop sessions are free to attend, donations are welcome.
Fridays: arrive at 5:30pm for a prompt 6pm start - 7:30pm

Men's Buddhist Workshop
Monthly Saturday morning sessions open to all men. An opportunity for men to get together and explore and practise meditation and Buddhism. There is no charge for this. Donations welcome.
