Friday Lunchtime Drop-In
Drop of Dharma on Friday Afternoons
At her class on Fridays, Vajragupta talks about the Dharma for half an hour or so, invites you to take the teachings into a meditation, and then allows time to elaborate on the themes over tea and biscuits afterwards. Suitable for anyone familiar with our two meditation practices.

Three Jewels Night
An evening of talks, ritual and the opportunity to connect with sangha friends. During July we explore a new series: ‘Training the mind in meditation’. The four stages of the mindfulness of breathing and the five of the metta bhavana are the bare bones of our meditation practice. We deepen and keep alive our practice by exploring the nature of awareness, and hearing some of the teachings the Buddha gave about how to work in meditation. Led by Aryadhi, Bodhivajra, Sujana and Vajragupta.
Open to all familiar with our two meditation practices and with an interest in Buddhist ritual.
Arrive from 6.30pm for tea and the chance to socialise.
Every Tuesday, 7 – 9pm
