Weekend Sesshin– The Path of Love

This weekend is devoted to the brahma-vihara or 'sublime abode' meditations. These practices enable us to cultivate a heart and mind that connects us with others. For people with six months experience.

Living Buddhism Foundation Course

Buddhism starts with a vision – a moment of insight, followed by transformation. This one-year course explores key teachings and principles of Buddhism emphasising how to live by them.

meditation and a chance to relax, open up and rejuvenate.

For these few days you can step out of the busyness of Christmas and into the stillness of the Buddhist centre. Come for one or all of the days and there's no need to book.
