A Going Deeper Course offers you the opportunity of bringing meditation practice more fully into your daily life. These six-week courses are open to anyone who has more than six months meditation practice.

One Day Meditation Sesshin
Sesshins are intensive meditation practice days with lots of sitting and walking meditation taking place in an atmosphere of stillness and calm.
Open to everyone familiar with the meditations taught at the centre.

Weekend Sesshin– The Path of Love
This weekend is devoted to the brahma-vihara or 'sublime abode' meditations. These practices enable us to cultivate a heart and mind that connects us with others. For people with six months experience.

meditation and a chance to relax, open up and rejuvenate.

For these few days you can step out of the busyness of Christmas and into the stillness of the Buddhist centre. Come for one or all of the days and there's no need to book.
