Escape to the beautiful Castle Acre, to a retreat that will focus on meditation and use reflection, silence, poetry and ritual to prepare us for the New Year.
Arrive before 6.30pm for supper and finishes Saturday lunchtime.
Led by Padmadaka, Satyagita, Saroja and Viryajyoti.
