Her teaching includes Pranayama – the distribution of life force through breathing.

She is currently training in remedial yoga and has recently been on convention with Geeta Iyengar.

Karunachitta is also offering one-to-one yoga sessions for those needing therapeutic help (for example with back problems) or to create a personally tailored programme.
