Exploring the Elements Series

Each workshop will be focused on one of the elements that make up our universe, and therefore ourselves, according to the Chinese and Japanese philosophy behind Dynamic Yoga. In the workshops we will be bringing these elements into our yoga practice and their relationship with our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Miles has been practising yoga for 9 years and is a qualified Dynamic Yoga instructor.

Dynamic Yoga is an ancient oriental practice drawing on the interplay of the five basic elements: earth, fire, water, air and ether – bringing them into balance on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

Anya is currently engaging with the British Wheel of Yoga and has been practicing different forms of yoga for 14 years.

She teaches in both Polish and English.
